*Whitsun Week May 23rd - 30th £1200 Saturday to Saturday
June and *July £120pn minimum 3 night stay
*July 18th until end August £1700pw Saturday to Saturday

September and *October £110pn minimum 3 night stay

Booking - Booking will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit - amount to be agreed
Booking fee - includes £150 damage deposit - refundable - (*see below).
Payment Plans available - Spread the cost over 4 payments
Bookings made within 14 days of date of arrival - will require payment in full
£150 damage deposit - to be *refunded within 48hrs of the property being vacated and satisfactorily checked by housekeeping.
Peak Week Booking - 7 Nights during peak times. (shorter stays during peak times are available but may be charged at the full week [Saturday - Saturday] rate, please contact us for information)
Shorter Stays - Minimum 3 nights stay, please contact us for details and availability.
Unlimited WiFi - £10 for the duration of your stay
Check-in from 4pm/Check-out by 10am
No Smoking or Vaping anywhere in the Lodge, on the Decking Area or Driveway.
Park Amenities - Available at an additional cost, please visit the Park Reception to arrange your passes if desired.
